W Law International (Thailand) provides legal service: Lawyer of Plaintiff or Defendant in Primary Court relating to the case involving product payment, service payment, compensation, tort, fraud, corporate including the case relating business dispute and other type of dispute as well as insurance, tax, bankruptcy and the case relate to the property etc.
Scope of this service:
- Study all case’s document and planning direction of the case
- Submit demanding letter to other party
- Draft complaint, testimony and submit to court
- Hear court’s order during the case
- Proceed the case on the first appointment date
- Mediation and Negotiation in court
- Proceed the case on the date of settlement of issues
- Witness examination
- Hear court’s judgment
Remark
Fee quoted is applicable for the case where the claim stipulated as specific amount according to Invoice. Professional fee is exclusive of transportation expense : Bangkok and Vicinity THB 1,000 per trip, Upcountry Actual Transportation and Accommodation expense plus allowance at THB 1,000 per day
