Requirement of applying Yellow House Registration Book and Pink ID:
- Own a property in an individual name.
- Married to Thai spouse.
- Having Long Term Visa for staying in Thailand.
Required document for the application:
- Original Passport
- Passport and its translation must be prior legalized by Embassy and Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Work Permit (if any)
- Birth Certificate (if any)
- 2 inches ID Photo
- Blue House Registration Book, Title Deed and official Sale and Purchase Agreement.
- Witnesses and Translator.
Procedure:
- Submit the required documents to the district office in jurisdiction.
- Make Appointment for an interview.
- Attend district office for the interview and obtain the yellow house registration book and Pink ID.
