Petition to appoint an Administrator of an Estate
- Draft the petition and submit to the court
- Prepare letter of consent
- Prepare list of heirs and family tree
- Prepare list of asset(s)
- Proceed the court examination
- Hear the court order at court
- Deliver an order to the administrator
Remark:
The fee quoted is applied for the case where the Last Will has stipulated a specific administrator or in case where the Will has not been provided but all heirs agree to appoint specific administrator without further argument, all heirs also available to give testimony to the court. Transportation fee is exclusive: Bangkok and Vicinity at THB 1,000 per trip / Upcountry Actual Transportation and Accommodation expense plus allowance at THB 1,000 per day
