- Business Justification: The applicant must demonstrate that the business will benefit the Thai economy, create employment, introduce new technology, or contribute to national development.
- Thai Shareholding & Directors: Mostly with the FBL, foreigner can be major shareholders of the company or even 100% foreign shareholders.
- Good Standing: The foreign applicant must not have a history of legal violations or bankruptcy issues.
