Procedures for BOI Application

1. Study BOI Information by checking availability of business category that matches your business. This process takes approximately 1 week.
2. Prepare and Submit the Application, the preparation process may take approximately 1 month to collect all supporting documents.
3. Project Presentation, company’s representative shall schedule the appointment for presentation within 10 working days from submission date.
4. Project Evaluation and Consideration, the required period depend on scale of business i.e. Investment value not more than THB 200,000,000 – 40 working days, less than THB 2,000,000,000 – 60 working days, over THB 2,000,0000,000 – 90 working days.
5. Notifies the Resolution by BOI – within 7 days from the certified date of the resolution.
6. Acceptance of the Promotion – within 1 month from the day of receiving notification from BOI.
7. Obtain the Certificate – within 6 months from the acceptance date.
8. Issuance of Certificate – within 10 working days from the date the applicant has submitted completed documents.
