ดับเบิลยู ลอว์ อินเตอร์เนชันแนล (ประเทศไทย) ให้บริการทางกฎหมาย เพื่อเป็นทนายความเพื่อดำเนินคดีแทนโจทก์ จำเลย ในศาลชั้นต้น เกี่ยวกับคดีเรียกค่าสินค้า คดีเรียกค่าบริการ คดีเรียกค่าเสียหาย คดีละเมิด คดีฉ้อโกง คดีหุ้นส่วนบริษัท คดีข้อพิพาททางธุรกิจหรือข้อพิพาทต่างๆ รวมถึงคดีประกันภัย คดีภาษี คดีล้มละลายและฟืนฟูกิจการ คดีเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์ เป็นต้น

Scope of this service:

• Study all case’s document and planning direction of the case
• Submit demanding letter to other party
• Draft complaint, testimony and submit to court
• Hear court’s order during the case
• Proceed the case on the first appointment date
• Mediation and Negotiation in court
• Proceed the case on the date of settlement of issues
• Witness examination
• Hear court’s judgment

การให้บริการทางคดีในกรณีนี้มีขอบเขตการให้บริการดังนี้

• ศึกษาเอกสารและวางแผนและแนวทางในการในการดำเนินคดี
• ส่ง Notice Letter
• ร่างคำฟ้อง คำให้การ และยื่นต่อศาล
• ฟังคำสั่งศาลในกรณีต่างๆระหว่างคดี
• ดำเนินการในชั้นศาลในวันนัดพร้อม
• ดำเนินการเจรจาและไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาท
• ดำเนินการในชั้นศาลในวันชี้สองสถาน
• ดำเนินการสืบพยาน
• ฟังคำพิพากษา

Remark

Fee quoted is applicable for the case where the claim stipulated as specific amount according to Invoice. Professional fee is exclusive of transportation expense : Bangkok and Vicinity THB 1,000 per trip, Upcountry Actual Transportation and Accommodation expense plus allowance at THB 1,000 per day

อัตราค่าบริการตามที่ระบุ สามารถใช้ได้เฉพาะกับคดีที่มีการกำหนดยอดหนี้ตามเอกสารเป็นจำนวนแน่นอนเท่านั้น ค่าบริการวิชาชีพไม่รวมค่าใช่จ่ายในการเดินทาง กรณีพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร ค่าเดินทางครั้งละ 1,000 บาท กรณีต่างจังหวัด ค่าเดินทางและค่าที่พักตามจริง เพิ่มเติมเบี้ยเลี้ยงนอกสถานที่วันละ 1,000 บาท
