Requirement of applying Yellow House Registration Book and Pink ID:

1. Own a property in an individual name.
2. Married to Thai spouse.
3. Having Long Term Visa for staying in Thailand.

Required document for the application:

1. Original Passport
2. Passport and its translation must be prior legalized by Embassy and Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3. Work Permit (if any)
4. Birth Certificate (if any)
5. 2 inches ID Photo
6. Blue House Registration Book, Title Deed and official Sale and Purchase Agreement.
7. Witnesses and Translator.

Procedure:

1. Submit the required documents to the district office in jurisdiction.
2. Make Appointment for an interview.
3. Attend district office for the interview and obtain the yellow house registration book and Pink ID.
