Permanent Resident

Apply for Thai Permanent Residency to be allowed to stay unlimitedly in Thailand, by the following options:

1. Investment
2. Work
3. Relationship with Thai citizen or or a person who is current permanent resident by the following relationship:
   1. Husband – Wife
   2. Father – Mother
   3. Children whose age below 20 years old and unmarried
4. Specialist
5. Special condition

Usually the available quota shall be designated and opened for application during the end of each year.

Application Fee: THB 7,600

Permanent Resident Fee: THB 191,400 (Spouse or Children of Thai citizen or current permanent resident, reduced Fee: THB 95,700

Professional Fee: THB 135,000
